Music Assistant

A Music Assistant supports the business by organising documents, communicating with clients, implementing systems, using IT packages, managing projects and representing the company professionally. Their role is to keep the business operating efficiently, contributing to the overall team performance.

About the Apprenticeship

Apprentices learn in real time the techniques and strategies relevant to today’s fast paced industry, thus insuring the ability to inaugurate apprentices into your business faster and more efficiently.

How it works

Creative Apprenticeship Standards are level 3 apprenticeships (A level equivalent), combining work-based learning with ‘off the job training’.

Big Creative apprentices are trained in specific skills relevant to the events industries by industry professionals, utilising cutting edge digital and online delivery, industry masterclasses and practical projects.

Big Creative Education have developed a unique training model that offers our Music Assistant apprentices the following:
  • Monthly tutorials / industry masterclasses
  • Online learning platform
  • Video 1-1 tutorials
  • Access to specialist guest speakers
  • Support from an industry specialist assessor

Delivery sessions will include an in-person workshop format, webinar and remote learning options.

Entry Requirements

Aged 16 +
Minimum of 5 GCSEs A*- C, including Maths and English (4 or above in the new GCSE scales).
